| Indoor Training Sessions Indoor training sessions are held at the Family First Sports Park fieldhouse. The indoor season begins at the end of October and runs through the end of March. Each team trains twice per week. Each team will be scheduled to train on the "same" two days each week during the indoor season. Fitness and Conditioning Sessions Teams have the opportunity to train a third time each week under the guidance of the Erie Admirals Fitness and Conditioning specialist, Fabian Uquillas. The goals of the sessions vary, depending on the age and ability of the team/players. Team coaches have the option of scheduling this third session for their team, which we feel is critical to the development of the total player. The Club Calendar Under 10 through Under 14 boys and girls: The club calendar begins in mid August and finishes in June. Under 15 through Under 18 boys and girls: The club calendar begins in late October and finishes in June. |
