Tumbling and Gymnastics Program

Family First Sports Park strives to motivate, encourage and challenge each student to be the best that they can be while praising them for their hard work. Our classes use stations and drills for step by step progression and advancement. We offer tumbling classes for every level of student from the beginner to the advanced with highly qualified coaches and staff, in a state of the art family friendly facility.

Cost
Classes are once a week for one hour and run from September until the end of May. Classes start the week of September 6, 2011. The cost is $40 per month with a $35 registration fee.

Class Schedule
Tuesday
6-7pm: Level 1/2, Ages 6-9
7-8pm: Level 2/3, Ages 10 and up

Thursday
5-6pm: Tumbling Tots, Beginners Ages 3-5
6-7pm: Levels 1/2, Ages 6-9
7-8pm: Levels 2/3, Ages 10 and up

Friday
6:30-8:30pm: Open Gym

Saturday
9-10am: Tumbling Tots, Beginners Ages 3-5
10-11am: Levels 1/2, Ages 6-9
11am-12pm: Levels 2/3, Ages 10 and up
12-1:30pm: Open Gym

Full Squad Instruction
Family First Sports Park offers full squad tumbling lessons and can improve the overall tumbling for your squads for the upcoming competition season at a discounted price. Call for a quote today!

We also offer private and semi-private lessons with our top tumbling coaches.

Members and non-members are welcome to stop in to practice tumbling and cheerleading, meet new friends, play games and more! Open Gym is supervised by the same great staff that instructs the classes at Family First Sports Park. Instructors are available to organize games and assist with spotting for tumbling. If your child is trying to learn a new skill, we recommend they also attend tumbling lessons! Schedule Days: Fridays Ages: 4-18 Time: 6:30-8:30 pm Cost: $7.00 per visit Days: Saturdays Ages: 4-18 Time: 12:00-1:30 pm Cost: $5.00 per visit Tots Open Gym Days: 2nd and 4th Friday of the month Ages: 1-5 Time: 10:00-11:00 am Cost: $5.00 per visit Tots Open Gym requires that children be accompanied by a parent AT ALL TIMES. Parents are not allowed to play on equipment but are required to be arm length from your child at all times.
