Policies & Guidelines
- Call Ahead to set an appointment for a tour of the facility - 866-5425
- A picture I.D. is needed for the initial visit.
- Please bring a lock for the lockers to secure your items in the locker rooms. Please remove the lock and your items when you leave the club.
- Tell us about your suggestions. They are welcome.
- Children under 12 years old are not allowed on the workout floor. Free childcare is available for our members and their guests in our Fit & Play babysitting area.
- Athletic shoes must be worn on the basketball court and in the fitness areas. No black/blue or waffle bottom shoes are permitted on wooden floors.
- For member's safety, all free weights must be returned to the racks at all times when not in use. Please do not set them on the floor, lean them on the machines or against the walls.
- The Family First Fitness Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Effective March 1st, 2003, towel service will be available at Family First. For out of town guests, the fee is $3.00. For Fitness Center members it is FREE! Just purchase a token for a $20.00 deposit, which may be redeemed for a full refund at anytime. See the Fitness desk for details.
BABYSITTING CENTER
Offered Monday-Friday
Both facilities offer free babysitting services for our members for up to a two hour limit!
To provide safety for our young guests we ask that:
• visitors be signed in and out by the same person
• children be at least one year of age
• you remain on the premises at all times and be available for paging after signing your child in
• you don’t attempt to sign in sick children (staff cannot administer any medications).
Feel free to bring:
• a change of clothes (please label all)
• favorite toys (non-electric) (We are not responsible for lost or broken toys)
• “G” rated videos or play station games.
The sitters on staff will be enforcing rules of conduct agreed upon by management. Please explain to your child that they are expected to be respectful to one another and to the staff. We reserve the right to refuse any child who is unable to adjust to our service and/or continually causes problems.
