The price of membership to our club may mean you have to give-up a few things... like feeling, depressed and overweight.

The proverbial “silver bullet” everyone is looking for has been around for years - it’s called “exercise” and it is practiced and preached at thousands of health clubs across the country — all it takes is a little sweat for your life, energy level, mood, and outlook to start to magically change. As businesses look for more ways to improve efficiency, productivity, and the bottom-line, they are faced with the issue of how to help its employees cope with the mental and physical stresses of their job. We understand this issue and that is why we have taken the steps to help companies with our Corporate Wellness Plan.
Our corporate rates can be 30%-40 off our standard club rates. The minimum number of employees that need to participate is 10 and rates will be established based on the level of participation. We will also include special rates for employee’s spouse or family. The company will contract with us and be charged on a monthly basis for the total number of memberships. The company can then do payroll deductions for each employee, to pay their portion. This way there is no cost to the company but the employee gets an additional benefit. Obviously, the company can pay some portion if they choose, but it is not necessary.
It is our mission to help better educate companies about the benefits of regular exercise and to provide the facilities and programming that will get more people involved in a healthier lifestyle.
