Nautilus is equipped with a crystal -clear, 25-yard, six-lane lap pool complete with a teaching alcove. The maximum water depth is 4 feet, decreasing to 3 feet at each end. A certified lifeguard is on duty at all times.

Family swim is held on the first Sunday of every month during the fall schedule–with exception to the summer. The pool is available to all members' guests from 2:30-4:30 pm.
AQUATIC FITNESS
Nautilus's Aquatic Fitness Classes offer a non-impact cardiovascular workout with a full-body stregthening component incorporating the resistance of the water. The weightless environment is beneficial to anyone with limitations such as arthritis, poor circulation and impaired balance.
RACQUETBALL
The racquetball courts at Nautilus, eight in all, are state-of-the-art and among the best in the country. Two exhibition courts, with glass back walls bring the excitement to the fans as well. CREATIVE LEARNING CHILDCARE
Creative Learning Childcare is a private childcare entity located beside Nautilus Fitness & Racquet Club. Offering a full-day preschool, the program accepts children ages 6 weeks to 5 years and is designed to prepare children for the challenges of kindergarten. SENIOR PROGRAM
Nautilus offers a wide variety of classes and adventures for our senior members. Classes can be found on the schedule five days a weeka nd are sure to provide the variety that you are looking for. Luncheons, bus trips, guest speakers, holiday parties, incentive programs, free blood-pressure screenings, a summer outdoor walking club and other special events will keep your calendar jam-packed.

Whether you are heading off to a warm island getaway or you want to knock'em dead at the prom, Vitasun Tanning and Relaxation has the perfect tanning package for you. Vitasun offers 8 tanning beds and a standing booth.
