Birthday Party Request Form
Click on the links below to submit a Birthday Party Request Form to our party director. If you are ready to inquire about scheduling and availability for our birthday parties, this form is the fastest and easiest way for us to respond to your request!

1. ALL-SPORTS PARTIES
Includes one hour of games using our indoor basketball courts for a variety of sports including soccer, basketball, kickball, dodgeball and more! Party is located in the Fieldhouse. Your child may be in different areas of the Fieldhouse during the party. Activities will either be held on the Basketball Courts or the Indoor Soccer Fields. Please wear play clothes; no jeans. Party Times: Fridays: 4-6pm, Saturday and Sundays: 12-6pm

2. TUMBLING PARTIES
Includes tumbling, jumping on the trampoline, flying high on the eurobungy, playing games and more with 360 Degrees. Tumbling Party Request Form

Party Times: Fridays: 4-6pm, Saturdays and Sundays: 12-6pm

3. FUN CENTER PARTIES*
Includes unlimited use of the Family First Fun Center during your party. Party Includes:
go-karts, bumper boats, eurobungy, mini golf and more! Party is located in the Fun Center. Fun Center Request Form

Party Times: Only available from May–September during Fun Center operating hours

4. BOUNCE ZONE PARTIES*
A one-of-a-kind party experience which includes one hour in our inflatable bounce zone featuring three giant inflatables with bouncers, slides and obstacles! Party is located in the Party Zone area of the Golf Dome. Bounce Zone Party Request Form

Party Times:
Monday–Thursday: evenings only, Saturdays & Sundays: 11am-6pm
Friday: No Bounce Zone parties may be scheduled due to conflicting events.

5. GOLF & GAMES PARTIES*
Includes unlimited indoor miniature golf during you party and arcade tokens. Party is located in the Party Zone and/or Golf Dome. Golf & Games Party Request Form

Party Times:
Monday–Thursday: evenings only, Saturdays & Sundays: 11am-6pm
Friday: No Bounce Zone parties may be scheduled due to conflicting events.

*No outside food or drink is permitted for the Fun Center Parties, Bounce Zone Parties and Golf & Games Parties.

Bounce Zone
Bounce around on any one of our six inflatables. Kids will jump for joy over our challenging 7-Element Obstacle Course, enjoy the Bounce House and really feel “attached” to our Velcro Wall (no kidding). PLUS...make sure to bounce around in our three new inflatables- a Tunnel/Slide Combo, Bouncer Maze and Double Slide Jumper!

Height and weight restrictions apply for some inflatables.
