Come join the region’s most competitive program of adult basketball leagues! Join over 80 Adult Men’s basketball teams. Register your team in one of many divisions.

Divisions are determined based on skill level and playing experience. Teams will play 6-10 regular season games (depending on the session) and in most cases, the top four teams will quality for the playoffs. Playoffs will be single elimination. The champion in each division will receive a FREE team entry fee to a future session.

League Schedules will be available ONLY via the internet. Please be sure to log on 1 week before the league start date to check your team schedule. All schedules are subject to change. Any schedule changes will be posted on this web site.

Team Entry
Each team must be registered by a team captain or a coach who will be responsible for league administrative information, coordinating payment of officials and adherence of team members to leagues rules and policies.

General Rules of Play
Each game will consist of four, 10-minute running clock quarters. The clock will stop during the last minute of the first three quarters and the last two minutes of the game. Halftime and pre-game warm-ups will be three minutes. Games will be officiated by PIAA referees. PIAA and House Rules apply in every situation and game.

Scorekeepers will be provided by Family First Sports Park. Each team will receive two time outs per game. Overtime is three minutes long with a “stopped clock” in the last two minutes. Each team receives one additional time out in overtime.

Teams must have jerseys of matching colors with numbers on the back!

MENS LEAGUES:

1. Monday Night League
Three divisions are offered in our most popular conference on Monday nights: Rec, Competitive and Elite. Divisions will be determined based on skill level and playing experience.

• Recreational
For those players who want to play in a less competitve league. No players with any college experience allowed (NCAA I, II or III, NAIA or Junior College.)
• Competitive
For competitive players who may not have the playing experience of those in the Elite league, but are still good quality players.
• Elite
For any former or current college or high school players that are able to compete in our highest division. NO elite players may play in the Rec division.

2. Wednesday Night League
This league will be comprised of Rec, Competitive and Elite divisions.
Divisions will be determined based on skill level and playing experience and play on Wednesday evenings.

• Recreational
For those players who want to play in a less competitve league. No players with any college experience allowed (NCAA I, II or III, NAIA or Junior College.)
• Competitive
For competitive players who may not have the playing experience of those in the Elite league, but are still good quality players.
• Elite
For any former or current college or high school players that are able to compete in our highest division. NO elite players may play in the Rec division.

WOMENS LEAGUE:
One Conference
This league is for women who are looking to play competitive basketball. The league may be broken into divisions based on experience and dependent upon the number of teams.
