Basketball enthusiasts spend their summers traveling around the country from gym to gym, giving up beaches and swimming for basketballs and competition. The 2010 Summer Showcase gives you both and more. This basketball tournament features the best boys and girls teams from all over the tri-state area. Look no further for the strongest competition around and sign up your teams today.

Summer Showcase Schedules will be available ONLY via the intenet. Please be sure to log on 4 days before the tournament start date to check your team schedule. All schedules are subject to change. Any schedule changes durning tournament will be posted at Family First.

* Grade levels are for upcoming school year (2010-2011)

Tournament Format
• Each team is responsible for providing a statistician and game ball for each game. One statistician will be allowed free entry to the tournament.
• Games will be stop clock format. In the second half if a team leads by 20 points or more, the clock will run at all times. If the lead drops to 19 points or less, the game will become stop clock again.

Games Will Consist Of:
1. Four 6 minute quarters for Junior Varsity
2. Four 8 minute quarters for Varsity

Housing Accommodations
If you are going to play in a state-of-the-art complex, you should relax in one as well. All teams have the option to stay in our Housing and Conference Center. This complex, located just 50 feet from the basketball center, features a 420-person dining hall, 116 rooms and a large clubhouse that has everything from arcade games to pool tables and much more. Housing and meal packages are available for coaches, players, parents and fans on a first-come, first-serve basis. The tournament package will include two nights lodging (Friday and Saturday night) along with five, all-you-can-eat meals, dinner Friday, breakfast, lunch and dinner on Saturday and brunch on Sunday. This package costs $90 per person. Guests are required to bring their own linens.
