The Leadership Institute is a training and consultant service that offers both classroom and experiential educational opportunities to enhance leader and group effectiveness and to promote personal, professional and corporate growth. The Leadership Institute offers both classroom-based and experience-based educational opportunities, and can offer its services both on and off-site. The Leadership Institute specializes in six areas: Inspirational leadership Team Development Change direction and management Communication Athletic leadership Leadership training for Christian Organizations

The Compass Leadership program provides an opportunity for Christians in leadership positions of local, regional, and national companies to meet together once a month for study, sharing, worship and fellowship. Compass provides an opportunity for members to gather in Christ-centered, business-oriented small groups with other Christian Leaders for direction, counsel, mutual accountability, encouragement, and support. Compass meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 8:30AM to 11:30AM at the Housing and Conference Center of Family First Sports Park in Eire, Pennsylvania. Participants come as our guests. Compass is sponsored by the Family First Foundation, a Christian community foundation. One of its goals is to encourage and develop adult and youth leadership training in our region.

Compass provides Christian business leaders four opportunities: * The opportunity to be informed and dialogue about current, cutting-edge developments in leadership theory and practice. * The opportunity to develop their soft skills in areas like: building effective teams; improving communication skills; creating or changing corporate culture; developing relationships that work; conflict management and resolution; problem-solving; working with problem personalities and enhancing creativity and innovation. * The opportunity to discuss and address personal and business concerns from a Christian perspective. * The opportunity to strengthen Christian faith and practice, especially as it relates to business practice, personal and professional conduct, decision making and family life.

Members start each session with a light continental breakfast and a chance to mingle and chat. The Director of the leadership Institute opens with a short devotion and prayer time. A time for open discussion follows, during which participants may share personal concerns, respond to current issues, or reflect upon a topic suggested by the leader. Next comes an educational experience. This may be a presentation by the Director, one of the group members, or a visitor invited for that purpose. It may also be a hands-on group experience. The morning will close with a time where group prayer concerns will be shared, and group members will pray with and for each other. Meetings conclude on time, so that members may return to work and address the pressing concerns of the day.
