A river can be a powerful force that flows over and around obstacles, carving a path that can influence and shape the world. Here at Family First Sports Park, we see young minds in the same light.

Our Team and Leadership programs are effective tools for both self-belief and self esteem enhancement. Our programs are developed to assist participants in recognizing themselves as being successful and effective leaders. Participants will reach into this hands-on learning experience and come away with a deeper understanding of trust, teamwork and personal responsibility.

All activities are “Challenge by Choice” meaning that each participant chooses their amount, level and intensity of participation. Participants are encouraged to push their comfort zones to promote growth opportunities. We understand everybody has different levels of comfort. Hence, all activities include various individual roles so all people feel comfortable to participate.

During a half or full-day event, participants engage both their minds and their bodies in solving interactive activities. These activities include:
• Listening & Communication
• Trust & Respect
• Healthy Choices
• Personal Accountability
• Success & Celebration
• Group Problem Solving

		WHAT WE DO The Leadership Program at Family First Sports Park provides class-room based and experience-based leadership training, both on and off site, that results in increased leadership awareness and enhanced group effectiveness. The Leadership Program offers fun, custom programs focusing on: Leadership–developing passionate, committed servant leadership Team Development–creating and developing effective teams Change–maximizing effectiveness of organizational transformation. Helping organizations adapt effectively. Communication–enhancing oral and written communication and conflict resolution capabilities Educational Support–Making the insights and experiences of the Leadership Institute available to the educational community in order to increase life opportunities for youth.
