The lacrosse program at Family First Sports Park has Indoor Leagues and a Youth Instructional Academy. Come and join this fast-paced and exciting sport that is growing all across America. All programming is indoors on our newly re-turfed fields. The sport of lacrosse is a combination of basketball, soccer and hockey. Anyone can play lacrosse -- the big or the small. The game requires and rewards coordination and gaility, not brawn. Quickness and speed are two highly prized qualities in lacrosse.

Youth Lacrosse Academy
The Youth Lacrosse Academy is designed to teach the fundamentals of lacrosse in a fun, yet demanding environment. Players will learn the techniques such as shooting and passing, running with the ball, and defending. Players will be set into training groups based on factors such as gender, age, and skill level. Whether your son or daughter is a novice, just trying lacrosse for the first time, or has experience in the sport, there will be a place to train and learn this exciting sport. The Youth Lacrosse program at FFSP will be adding exciting events such as camps, tournaments, and summer clinics.
