Get ready for the Street
All the action starts Friday night with the Tip-Off Party that will feature a Slam Dunk Contest, and much, much more! Players who don’t attend the Friday night Tip-Off Party must check in between 7 and 8 a.m. on Saturday, with the first games beginning at 8 a.m. Once again the Family First Sports Park will turn into a “hoopsters’ heaven.” Thousands of players and hundreds of teams will be slappin' high fives after showcasing their dominating, low-post moves and shots that hit nothin’ but net.
Whether you can slam like Shaq or have a backyard perimeter shot no one can touch, there’s a division for your age and skill level.
It’s a double elimination tournament, so each team is
guaranteed two losses—not just two games. Even with a loss, you can still win your bracket. Register before July 13, 2026 to receive the early-bird price. The number of teams is limited, and entries will be accepted on a first-come, first-serve basis. All entries must be received by August 6, 2026 at 5 p.m. To enter fill out the official entry form, including the waiver of liability. Players under age 18 need a parent’s or legal guardian’s signature. The entry fee must accompany your entry form to be processed. You can pay by check, American Express®, Discover®, MasterCard® or Visa®.
Each player will receive an official Hoops Classic
T-shirt. As always, there will be trophies for winners and finalists.
This is no ordinary 3 on 3 tournament…
This August we will crown the best Streetball Teams in the Region as we host the Northwest PA Regional 3 on 3 Championship. In an exclusive arrangement, the first and second place teams in each division from the Franklin, Titusville and Meadville YMCA 3 on 3 Tournaments will advance to the championship round to be held at Erie’s world-class basketball complex. Why travel to Cleveland, Buffalo or Pittsburgh when the best teams from Pennsylvania, Ohio and New York will be playing right here in your own backyard, at the Family First Sports Park.

SKILLS CONTESTS
Teams can pick up their T-shirts and registration packets as well as join in our skills contests Friday, August 10th. You’ll want to try your hand at the special skills contests. You can showcase your talent, and perhaps win one of several fantastic prizes. A donation is required for each event.
SLAM DUNK CONTEST
Slam Jam! Friday night will see the Slam Dunk Competition get underway…Hoops are set to nine and 10 feet. Judges will determine the Slam Dunk Champ. Divisions will be offered.
THE HOT SPOT
Two balls, five spots on the floor and one minute will determine the winner of this contest, where all the spots and shots are worth different points.
THE LONG DISTANCE SHOOTOUT
How many can you hit in a row? Run a streak and possibly win a prize. Prizes will be awarded for the three longest shooting streaks.

The Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) is the largest youth ministry in the country—one that involves athletes, coaches and students in senior high schools, colleges and universities across the country.
First Night Erie is a drug and alcohol free New Year’s Eve celebration of the visual and performing arts. The event features over 40 locations with on-going, family-oreiented entertainment.
