Compass is an open group of business people of local, regional, and national companies who meet together on the second Wednesday of each month for study, sharing, worship, and fellowship. Meetings run from 8:30AM to 11:30AM Sept. - May.

Compass provides Christian business leaders four opportunities:

1. The opportunity to be informed and to dialogue about current, cutting edge developments in leadership theory and practice.

2. The opportunity to develop their soft skills in areas suchas: building effective teams; improving communication skills; creating or changing corporate culture; developing relationships that work; conflict management and resolution; problem-solving; working with problem personalities; and enhancing creativity and innovation.

3. The opportunity to discuss and address personal and business concerns from a Christian perspective.

4. The opportunity to strengthen Christian faith and practice, especially as it relates to business practice, personal and professional conduct, decision-making, and family life.
