Soccer is a game of passion and no one is more passionate about the game than the Erie Admirals Organization. From our Junior Development Programs to our Administrative staff, you will find a commitment and dedication to each and every player and team in our organization. We are devoted to helping players develop the mental and physical skills it takes to succeed in the modern game. We understand how the game of soccer is evolving how it is getting faster, forcing players to become not only more technically proficient but more creative as well.
The Erie Admirals Soccer Club is about developing better players through a creative and open learning environment. Our coaches work with players on individual skills, focusing on the integration of technical and tactical training. We teach tactical maturity, and emphasize and teach the ability to read the game. Demanding ball handling sessions will teach players how to handle the ball under pressure in different parts of the fields.
We understand that competitive soccer is more than just technique and tactics. Developing solid mental skills are also vital in developing the "total" player.
And even more importantly, we aspire to develop the total individual. We know that character counts both and understand that some of lifes most important lessons are learned on the playing field, through competition and by being part of a team of individuals committed to a common goal.
Our mission to create purpose, focus and confidence in the individual treating each and every player with the same amount of respect is what makes our organization special and continues to make the Erie Admirals Experience an unforgettable one for both players and parents alike.

Total Player Development®
What is Total Player Development®?
Total Player Development® is a program designed to help give every young player the best soccer experience. The overriding objective is to do everything possible so that players finish youth soccer with only good feelings about the game.
Total Player Development® has been a part of the Erie Admirals Philosophy since the inception of the club and promotes the best way to enjoy and grow with the game "at their pace" -- taking into consideration their age and "readiness".
Strength & Conditioning
Every player at the age of 12 and older will have access to the Parks world class fitness center. Players will receive instruction from certified fitness professionals and work directly with coaches in structured programs that emphasize importance of weight training and proper techniques.
Once a week players will participate in a scheduled fitness and weight training session that will focus on improving agility, speed, coordination and footskills.
All sessions are conducted by one of our soccer staff in coordination with a fitness instructor.
